Tony Golowski litigates civil, criminal and administrative cases with an emphasis on insurance, financial investigation, corporate and employment matters and alcoholic beverage law. He represents corporate clients in their investigation and defense of fraudulent claims, and has defended claims involving allegations of discrimination and wrongful discharge. Tony defends liquor licensees and other taxpayers audited by state and federal taxing authorities. He has substantial experience litigating complex financial and commercial matters. Tony's clients include insurance carriers, food manufacturers and alcoholic beverage (liquor) licensees.

Commercial and litigation issues often overlap in the business world, and Tony's trial experience and financial background enable him to represent his clients in transactions, contract negotiation and litigation. Tony routinely works with insurance carrier SIU Departments to investigate, provide coverage analyses and litigate cases involving fraudulent insurance claims. He also negotiates asset purchase, LLC operating, confidentiality, employment and severance agreements, as well as manufacturing, sales and brokerage contracts. Tony frequently works with transactional, intellectual property and in-house counsel on regulatory matters and commercial transactions.

Tony is a Member of the Board of Editors of the Insurance Coverage Law Bulletin, a Solicitor of the Inn of Transactional Counsel, a Member of the New Jersey State Chamber of Commerce and a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Insurance, Corporate and Tax Sections. He is admitted in the state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Tony received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Fordham University, his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden, and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University. During law school, Tony clerked for the Hon. Morton I. Greenberg, P.J.A.D. and the Hon. (now Justice) Virginia A. Long, J.A.D., and interned with the United States Attorney's Office. After law school, Tony clerked for the Hon. John B. Mariano, J.S.C.
