Experience in knowing what clients
need; dedication in getting it.
White Collar Crime, Civil Fraud & Insurance Fraud

Litigation members Barry Cocoziello, Richard Chattman, Shelly Finkelstein, Jon Kuller, and Tony Golowski have developed an expertise in both civil and criminal fraud, including the defense of allegations of white collar crime and alleged self-dealing business practices, and the prosecution of insurance fraud. Fraud litigation, whether on behalf of a plaintiff or a defendant, requires intense fact-finding and investigation, both within litigation discovery and by independent investigation. We must be tenacious in our pursuit of often deliberately concealed facts and documents and have a tough, aggressive approach. We work with the most well respected private investigators, cause and origin investigators, and forensic accountants in the country to get inside and uncover the good stuff. We have successfully prosecuted and defended insurance fraud (arson, premium fraud, staged accident, staged theft, provider fraud), self-dealing (undisclosed ownership interests), anti-trust, and civil RICO claims on behalf of our clients.
