Damian Conforti focuses his practice on labor and employment law, insurance defense, criminal law and business/commercial litigation. Damian attended Boston College where he earned a B.A. in political science in 1998. While at Boston College he was named to the Dean's List throughout his time there and was a member of both the United States Army R.O.T.C. and United States Air Force R.O.T.C. Following college, Damian attended Seton Hall University, School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2001. During law school, he was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board and was named the Second Best Oralist of the 2000 Constitutional Law Competition, Buffalo, N.Y. and Best Oralist of the 2001 Criminal Law Competition, Madison, WI. As a third year law student, he worked pro bono in the Supreme Court of New Jersey's municipal prosecutor program, serving as a Municipal Prosecutor in the City of Jersey City. He received the 2001 Excellence in Moot Court Award upon graduation from Seton Hall.

Following law school, Damian was a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence P. DeBello, J.S.C. in the Law Division, Criminal Part and Chancery Division, Family Part in Hudson County, N.J. After his clerkship, he served as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office from 2002-2006 where he gained extensive criminal trial experience and successfully argued before the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.

Damian is admitted to practice law before the state and federal bars of New Jersey and New York. He is a member of the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey, Hudson County Bar Association, and Sussex County Bar Association.
