Gregory Miller is a trial attorney with significant experience in both the state and federal courts, and was named a Rising Star in 2006 and 2007 by New Jersey Monthly magazine's Super Lawyers® Edition. Greg serves as Co-Chair of the Bad Faith Subcommittee of the ABA's Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee of the Section of Litigation. A substantial part of his practice is devoted to representing insurance carriers in complex first party property coverage and environmental disputes, as well as premium and claim fraud actions. His practice also focuses on representing clients in complex commercial matters, and he regularly associates in patent, copyright and trademark litigation in providing advice and acting as New Jersey counsel in intellectual property matters.

Greg graduated from Colgate University and thereafter attended the University of Tulsa College of Law, from which he graduated as a member of the Tulsa Law Review and the Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity. He also received a Certification in Resources, Energy and Environmental Law from the National Energy & Environmental Law Policy Institute. Prior to joining Podvey Meanor in 1998, Greg practiced in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In addition to the New Jersey Bar, Greg is admitted to the Bars of New York, Oklahoma and the District of Columbia, as well as the United States District Courts for the Districts of New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He also is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma and District of Columbia Bar Associations.
