Lainie Miller represents clients in complex insurance coverage matters and other complex commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate level. Lainie earned her B.A. in History, summa cum laude, from Binghamton University in 1999. She graduated Fordham University School of Law, where she served as a notes and articles editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media, and Entertainment Law Journal.

Lainie first joined Podvey Meanor as a summer associate and returned upon her graduation from Fordham. She is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
