Lino J. Sciarretta is a commercial litigator whose practice involves a wide array of matters, including insurance coverage litigation relating to complex first party property coverage and environmental disputes, as well as premium and claim fraud actions, and general commercial matters. Lino received his Bachelors of Arts degree from Marist College and his law degree from Pace University School of Law, where he served as Member and Editor of the Moot Court Board.

Lino has a wide range of experience in representing numerous governmental agencies and municipalities in real estate matters including zoning and land use, civil rights, and environmental issues. He has defended municipalities in claims brought under the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act. He also has extensive experience in state and federal appellate practice.

Lino is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York, as well as the U.S. Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
