Mark Lipton has been advising clients on corporate and business law issues for over thirty years. Mark earned his bachelors degree from Syracuse University and a Masters degree from Montclair State University. He received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-chief of the Law Review.
Mark's practice embraces virtually all aspects of corporate and business law, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures of assets, strategic alliances and the negotiation and preparation of stockholder, operating and partnership agreements. Mark's practice also includes securities law as well as the licensing of proprietary technology and software, venture capital transactions, and pro-active business counseling. Mark has written and lectured on securities and business law and is a Director/Emeritus and Former Chair of the Business Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mark was a founding trustee of the Inn of Transactional Counsel. He was a member of the Internet and Computer Law Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association and previously served as a member of the Hudson County District VI Ethics Committee of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
