Maureen O'Brien received her Bachelors degree from Rutgers University, Douglass College and her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she served as Survey Editor of the Law Review. Admitted to the bar 1993, New Jersey ; 1996, New York. Maureen served as a Law Secretary to the Honorable Arthur J. Lesemann, Judge of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate Parts, 1993-1994.

Her practice includes all aspects of commercial litigation, with a focus on subrogation and coverage issues in complex property insurance disputes. In addition to the New Jersey and New York State Bars, Maureen is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the New Jersey District Court, and the District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey and New York Bar Associations.
