Mike Bevacqua is a litigator with experience in both the state and federal courts . A substantial part of his practice is devoted to representing clients in complex commercial, construction, matrimonial, and catastrophic personal injury matters. Mike was named a "Rising Star" in the field of business litigation in the 2007, 2008 and 2009 editions of New Jersey Monthly's Super Lawyers. Mike graduated cum laude from the University of Scranton and thereafter attended Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a semifinalist in both the Eugene Gressman and Marshall National Constitutional moot court competitions.

Mike is admitted to both the New Jersey and New York Bars. He co-authored Back to the Future with the Consumer Fraud Act: New Jersey Sets the Standard for Consumer Protection, 29 Seton Hall Legis. J. 193 (2004) and Positioning Professionals in a League of Their Own, N.J. Law Journal, Vol. CLXXXIII-No. 11-Index 924 (2006). Since joining Podvey Meanor in 2003, Mike has earned a reputation as a tenacious litigator with a tireless work ethic.
