Mike Bevacqua is a litigator with experience in both the state and federal courts. A substantial part of his practice is devoted to representing clients in complex commercial, construction, matrimonial, and catastrophic personal injury matters. Mike was named a "Rising Star" in the field of business litigation in the 2007 edition of New Jersey Monthly's Super Lawyers®. Mike graduated cum laude from the University of Scranton and thereafter attended Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a semifinalist in both the Eugene Gressman and Marshall National Constitutional moot court competitions.

Mike is admitted to both the New Jersey and New York Bars. He co-authored Back to the Future with the Consumer Fraud Act: New Jersey Sets the Standard for Consumer Protection, 29 Seton Hall Legis. J. 193 (2004) and Positioning Professionals in a League of Their Own, N.J. Law Journal, Vol. CLXXXIII-No. 11-Index 924 (2006). Since joining Podvey Meanor in 2003, Mike has earned a reputation as a tenacious litigator with a tireless work ethic.
