Rose Suriano is a member of the firm and joined the firm in 1994. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Erminie Conley in 1988 in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity. She assisted Judge Conley in presiding over complex commercial matters. During her clerkship, Judge Conley was temporarily assigned to the Appellate Division, where Rose also served as her law clerk. In 1987, Rose served as an intern to the Honorable Alfred J. Lechner, Jr., United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. While in law school, Rose was the recipient of the Italian American and Centennial Scholarships. Upon completion of her clerkship with the Honorable Erminie Conley, Rose joined a well known large New Jersey law firm, which, at the time, was in the top five largest law firms in New Jersey.

Rose practices in both the state and federal courts, and her practice areas include commercial litigation, where she represents business entities in breach of contract actions, shareholder derivative and shareholder oppression actions, partnership dissolution actions and general breach of contract actions. She also has experience in the handling of insurance coverage matters, public entity litigation, including Constitution law matters such as claims under Section 1983 of the Civil Rights Act and 4th and 14th Amendment Litigation. She also has experience handling construction litigation and general litigation matters. Rose also believes involvement in one's community is essential to personal and professional growth. She has served as chairwoman for the Township of Montgomery's Democratic Committee. She has also served as Treasurer to a candidate for the New Jersey State Senate.
