Saul Zimmerman has decades of experience in advising clients regarding taxation, estate planning, and real estate and commercial transactions. Saul graduated from Rutgers University with highest honors. He received his law degree from Rutgers University Law School, with honors, in 1976, and received his Master of Laws (in Taxation) from New York University School of Law in 1982.

Saul's practice is concentrated in tax law, estate planning, real estate and commercial law. He has substantial experience in leasing, buying, selling and financing real estate, "partnership" formation and dissolution, and acquisitions and sales of businesses. Saul is admitted to the bars of New Jersey, New York, and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
